We are working with one of the worlds leading FMCG’s to help them implement a new reward strategy.  Implementation is being phased over the next 18-24 months, but we are working exclusively with them within their Middle East and Africa Region

We starting working with BAA in March of this year.  Our focus has been helping BAA review existing reward arrangements and specifically working out how you move from 126 different terms and conditions to something approaching cutting edge reward management!
